Fitness Trainer & Health Coach with True Focus on Behavior Change

I’m a 30 something year old (young :)) health and fitness nut living in Vienna, Austria. I have worked as personal trainer and functional fitness trainer and boot camp coach in the US, hold a variety of fitness certifications (personal training, group fitness training, health coaching,….), and am known among my friends and co-workers as go-to person for health and fitness advice, motivation, or new workout challenges or training plan changes.

Although I'm a fitness enthusiast and a health-nut, I know what it's like to juggle work, family, university, friends, and relationships. I also know what it's like to overcome eating disorders and deal with weight problems.

And more than anyone I can tell you I dislike strongly the hype about diets or latest miracle health fads. This is probably the biggest reasons I decided to become a health coach and focus on health behavior change:

on empowering you and society that true health, sustainable health, weight loss, and behavior isn't achieve with fads or quick fixes.

 

Health Coach and Changing Behavior

What does it take to reach your health and weight goals, to change behavior? A WHOLE lot, I can tell you that much.

One deciding factor in our lifestyle choices, I believe, is our determination to live and identify with living a healthy, balanced, and active lifestyle.

Determination is one. Environment, social commitments, family, genetics, lifestyle, previous eating and exercise habits, skills, mind-set, unresolved emotional turmoils are others.

As fitness trainer (fitness is part of a healthy lifestyle and I am a great motivator) and health coach it is not only my mission to help you achieve your  health goals but to also support you in overcoming your barriers and developing sustainable healthy eating habits.

The healthy choice should become the easier choice.

Learn to prepare for and handle unpredictability and stressful events. Let me share with you how you can make the best choices given any circumstances and let me teach you the skills you need to live the kind of active, healthy, balanced life you desire.  Our health is worth it!

I LOVE MOTIVATING PEOPLE. My friends love my motivational personality and communication style. They also love my passion for fitness and health, which is contagious and inspires and motivates them when around me. 

I’M TOUGH. You need to push your body in order to change your body. You might not enjoy every moment but when you feel the influence of fitness on your mood, outlook, energy, and body awareness, in addition to the changes you see in the mirror, the enjoyment and satisfaction will grow.

And I'M APPROACHABLE, authentic, empathetic and mindful. I can relate to you (probably as I've experienced it myself) and offer support. You can always ask me questions so I can share my knowledge and experiences with you.
