Summer drinks: refreshing, low caloric & healthy thirst quencher

It’s hot & humid. The sun is shining full force. We constantly sweat & feel sticky. And some of us barely eat.

Give me something cold!

All we want: something cold, fresh, and re-energizing. After all, heat has the power to drain energy from us.

But most of us are tired and bored with water. It’s always the same. And although water is perfect during our workouts I’m not sure if I crave sipping on it all day and evening.
