All workouts can be adjusted to every fitness level and each group class is capped at 8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.
Monthly Fitness Camps
6:30 pm – 7: 30 pm
6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Mondays focus more heavily on basic strength training combining body weight exercise with a few cardio intervals to put your metabolism to work & help you develop overall full body strength.
Wednesdays focus more heavily on conditioning and high-interval exercises to build endurance and leaner muscles.
Open Group Workouts
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
10:30 am – 11:30 am
A combination of strengthening & conditioning but also stretching. Each class varies.
We incorporate aerobic exercises with a few weight lifting moves (body weight, TRX or Thera-bands) to get fitter, overall.

Open Running Workout
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
This running workout is a combination of running and body weight run-specific exercises such as squats and lunges. We focus on strengthening muscles that generally are weak or tight and lead to injuries.
We are not running for 60 min but rather break out short runs with exercises.
All running levels, including complete beginners, are welcome.

Welcome to our perfect opportunity to be fit & healthy role models to our children. Let's share our love for fitness with them by working out together. All children ages 4 and over are welcome. A lot of fun, variety combined with a few challenges.
